We have used other access companies in the past and have found that Access Solutions are by far the best to deal with. Their industry knowledge and commitment to providing an outstanding service is second to none. The staff are always friendly and willing to help in any circumstance. Their high level of communication and ‘can do’ attitude reflects our own company’s philosophy so our likemindedness makes it easy to work together.

We predominantly use Telescopic and Knuckle Booms, All-Terrain Scissor Lifts, trailer mounted Cherry Pickers and scaffolding. An important factor for us is that Access Solutions only use top of the line equipment that are well maintained and this helps us to achieve our productivity goals by eliminating unnecessary and costly downtime.

Service, Affordability and availability….
We use a mixture of Mobile Scaffolds, Knuckle &Telescopic Booms and All-Terrain Scissor Lifts in our work. In each case Access Solutions has consistently met the overall requirements of our company and our customers. Due to the sometimes complex nature of our work we often need to carry out initial site inspections. Access Solutions take care of this as well as supplying the equipment we need, cutting down the installation time required for Kiwi Roofing to complete the work.

No job is too hard, service is second to none and top quality machines is how I would sum up Access Solutions.

We use a range of Scissor Lifts, Booms, Scaffolding, Swinging Stages and a specially reserved Cherry Picker. The machines are all well maintained and dependable but that’s not what makes us loyal to Access Solutions. It’s the way we are treated that is important – every request is treated as a priority, the advice is friendly, fast, knowledgeable and professional. It’s this sort of approach that keeps you going back and building the brand loyalty that is so important. If only all companies in NZ could treat their customers in this way. Good people means good return business!

We have had a longstanding relationship with Access Solutions. We’ve always found their pricing to be competitive with a standard of service that we don’t find in many other companies. We also deal with other access companies as we are obliged to submit alternative pricing when tendering for projects. We often come back to Access Solutions due to their competitiveness and professionalism. They are also very proactive in finding solutions for us with regard to difficult projects or tight timeframes.

We use a lot of scaffolding componentry – aluminium scaffolds, access towers, Scissor Lifts and Booms. The team are quick to understand the parameters and risks of the project we are working on at the time. Their project planning, systems and standard of communication is always demonstrated at the highest level.
